Through its Chinese consulting branch Delaware Information Consulting, Delaware already controlled 51% of the shares as well as the operational management of the company.
By acquiring the remaining shares, Delaware Consulting further reinforces its position as prime IT consulting company, providing services to customers in Europe, the US and China.
Harbin Kepler Delaware counts 50 certified Microsoft and SAP professionals.
