Delaware Consulting and Exaserv form a joint venture

26/02/2010
Antwerp (Belgium), 26 February 2010 - Delaware Consulting International today announced that they have formed a joint venture with Exaserv. The new company, Delaware Exaserv LLC, is based in Atlanta, Georgia and specializes in SAP solutions for small, midsize and large businesses in North America.

Delaware Exaserv will be delivering SAP Enterprise Resource Management (ERP), Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Invoice Management (IM) and NetWeaver solutions, with a special focus on Delaware’s FAST™ software portfolio.  This product suite combines industry leading SAP® All-in-One software with pre-configured best practices to provide customers with comprehensive yet cost-effective vertical solutions for improving their business operations.

Delaware Exaserv combines Delaware Consulting’s worldwide leadership in the SAP midsize market with Exaserv’s local market presence in the United States at large and midsize enterprises. “We are pleased to join forces with a US-based company that has years of experience in the SAP market in the United States. The joint venture puts in place all the pieces required for strategic growth of our SAP business in the United States” says Luc Van Aelbroeck, CEO of Delaware Consulting International.  He went on to say “This is particularly good for our customers as they now have access to an even broader SAP skill and solution portfolio given that we can now provide them with Exaserv’s industry leading SAP human resource solution, Exalerate™ for HCM”.

Delaware Exaserv will take over all sales, implementation, support, and development activities of Delaware Consulting’s FAST™ software portfolio in the United States.   “We are excited to be able to provide the market with proven SAP solutions from an industry leader like Delaware Consulting.  This joint venture allows us to expand without diluting Exaserv’s focus and core competencies in SAP HCM, enabling us to continue providing our customers with superior services, solutions and support” stated Wim De Smet, CEO of Exaserv Inc.

All US-based personnel within Delaware Consulting’s SAP practice have been transferred into the joint venture along with several Exaserv personnel. There are no changes to other Delaware Consulting business areas.  Exaserv’s structure remains unchanged and there is no impact to their existing operations or customers.  Delaware Exaserv has access to some 500 resources for SAP solution delivery, of which more than 80 are US-based.
