delaware North America is looking for an Accountant and a Controller that wants to be part of our team.
The Financial Controller will oversee all aspects of the US finance function in order to support the fast pace of grow anticipated for the future. This is a hands-on role that will require the Financial Controller to understand the day-to-day accounting processes and support the Finance team in order to drive continuous process improvement, whilst also being involved in supporting the strategic direction of the company.
The Accountant is a newly created role to support the Financial Controller to ensure accurate accounting to support a fast-growing business. This is a hands-on role that will initially require the successful candidate to get involved in the day-to-day transactional accounting and subledger postings. They will then get the opportunity to train and coach a junior member of staff who will join the team at a later stage. This is a great opportunity to join a business at a very exciting time and to develop and grow the role along with their career.
