delaware North America is looking for an SAP JVA Lead that wants to be part of our team.

Experience & Qualifications

10+ years of SAP experience in several modules
Minimum 5 full life cycle implementations of SAP as functional lead or JVA lead on large projects
Energy and Utilities industries experience
Grow experience
Deep product expertise/business experience in S4HANA with a specific focus on SAP Joint Venture Accounting/Finance/Controlling/Accounting (exposure to S4HANA Finance and/or Central Finance preferred).
Experience with PSA Roll-up, Allocations, Special Ledger, Overhead/Uplift/Cost Transfers, Volume Entitlements, Royalty and Tax Calculations, and integration points with PRA and JVA preferred.
Assist clients in achieving their Digital Transformation journey by leveraging S4HANA and helping define their strategic roadmaps.
Provide our customers key insight and direction related to industry trends, best practices, and world-class solutions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead customer engagements at an executive level and manage teams within a project.
Assist in pre-sales activities (RFP responses, Client Discovery, Demo Preparation and Delivery)
Experience at a Big 4 consulting firm or from a competitor in the SAP consulting industry

Excellent communication and management consulting skills
Enjoys being hands-on as well as leader
Ability to produce results independently while working remotely
