delaware to build futureproof IT platform of Eandis
Kortrijk, 13 July 2017 – delaware has signed an agreement with energy grid company Eandis to create an IT environment that is ready for tomorrow’s business needs. Over the course of the next six years, delaware will help build the IT foundations, among others by implementing SAP S/4HANA as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, and by rolling out Esri’s Geographical Information System (GIS).delaware also took into account Eandis’s need for a strongly reduced complexity of its application landscape, and prioritized a thorough integration approach. The ERP, EAM and GIS solutions offered by delaware will be completely integrated with one another by the S/4HANA platform. In addition, Eandis and delaware teams will make sure all data will be accessible through a Mobile Application Development Platform (MADP) based on the Microsoft Azure framework. This platform will be set up to be futureproof, and will allow Eandis to remain innovative in a fast-paced energy landscape marked by advanced digitalization.
