Responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP APM solutions to improve asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational decision-making through data-driven insights and digital asset management technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Deliver end-to-end SAP APM implementations including design, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live support.

· Assess asset strategies and align SAP APM functionality with client business goals.

· Configure APM features such as Asset Strategy & Performance Management (ASPM), risk and criticality analysis, and predictive insights.

· Analyze asset health using real-time data, maintenance history, and operational KPIs to recommend improvements.

· Develop dashboards and asset health indicators leveraging embedded analytics and machine learning capabilities.

· Integrate SAP APM with SAP EAM/S4HANA Maintenance, Asset Central, IoT data sources, and SAP BTP services.

· Collaborate with reliability, maintenance, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement and change adoption.

· Apply industry methodologies such as FMEA, RCM, and RBI to enhance reliability and compliance.

· Conduct user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Qualifications

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

· At least 5 years of SAP implementation experience, with a focus on asset management.

· Hands-on experience with SAP APM and integration within the SAP Intelligent Asset Management landscape.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including working with performance data and KPIs.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

· SAP certification in EAM or Intelligent Asset Management.

· Experience with S/4HANA Asset Management and SAP BTP.

· Knowledge of IoT, predictive maintenance, and machine learning applications in asset-intensive industries.
