As the Global SuccessFactors Learning Administrator, you will be responsible for the centralized configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (SF LMS) across all entities. You will ensure seamless learning operations, support global training rollouts, and enable local adaptations while maintaining system integrity, compliance, and user experience excellence. 

Roles and Responsibilities

System Administration & Configuration :
Manage global SF LMS configuration, including domains, roles, assignment profiles, and workflows. 
Maintain user access, permissions, and security roles across entities. 
Oversee system updates, testing, and release management in collaboration with SuccessFactors support (internal/external) 

Content & Curriculum Management  :
Upload, test, and manage SCORM packages, e-learning modules, and curricula for global and local audiences.   
Oversee the ongoing maintenance of SCORM packages within the SF LMS, ensuring that content remains up-to-date, functional, and compliant with system requirements. Implement regular reviews to identify outdated or redundant SCORM modules and coordinate their archiving or removal as necessary, maintaining a streamlined and relevant learning catalog for users. 
Coordinate with content creators to ensure alignment with naming conventions, visual structure, and user experience standards. 
Support the creation of training journeys for roles such as project managers, consultants, and AI personas

Reporting & Analytics:
Generate and analyze reports on training completion, compliance, and user engagement using SF LMS and Power BI. 
Support global and local reporting needs, including certification tracking and audit readiness. 

Stakeholder Collaboration 
Act as the primary point of contact for local HR leads, trainers, and global initiative owners regarding SF Learning enablement. 
Provide training and support to local admins and end users; coordinate admin enablement sessions and materials. 

Governance & Optimization: 
Define and enforce governance standards for content structure, naming conventions, and domain usage. 
Identify and implement system improvements to enhance automation, scalability, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. 
Strong understanding of SCORM, AICC, and xAPI standards. 
Experience with global rollout of learning platforms and managing multi-entity configurations. Experience working in a global matrix organization. 
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and LMS reporting tools. 
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
