Test Manager

To accomplish this our software testing team wakes up every day with one goal: ensuring that end users never encounter IT issues by safeguarding business processes through consistent functional and non-functional testing—both manually and through advanced automation. 

By combining automated and manual testing, and reliable end‑to‑end test management, we deliver high‑quality, scalable landscapes that support our customers’ ongoing transformation journeys. 
 
We work where we work best, when we work best. delaware has offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Liège, Lummen, and Wavre. 

As a Test Manager, you take the lead in shaping and coordinating the testing approach within our projects. You ensure structure, consistency and visibility throughout the entire test lifecycle. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Defining the overall test strategy, approach and methodology.
• Preparing and managing test plans, timelines, scope and risks.
• Coordinating test execution across teams.
• Managing defect lifecycle.
• Providing reporting on test progress, risks and quality metrics.
• Ensuring consistent testing standards, both in (custom) application and SAP/EPR context.
• Managing test management tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• Supporting high-, low- or no-code testing and automation tooling. 

Must-haves: 

• 3–4 years experience as Test Manager.
• Strong test coordination and structured testing knowledge.
• Experience with at least one test management tool: Jira (Zephyr/Xray), Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Very good knowledge of the Dutch and English language, French knowledge is a plus.
• You already obtain a ISTQB, CMSQ or similar certification.
• SAP knowledge is preferred, ERP experience would be great 

Nice-to-haves: 

• Tools: AVO Automation, Tricentis (Tosca/Neoload), Playwright, SmartBear.
• Automation or end-to-end testing experience. 

You are a strong communicator with a structured, organized and proactive way of working. You manage stakeholders effectively and bring an analytical mindset to every challenge.
