When you start at delaware, you’re in good hands. If you start with us in September, we’ve prepared a 4-week bootcamp for you in which you’ll get to network, learn about our company, and gain the necessary skills for your projects. Starting outside of September? No worries, we’ll provide you with the same qualitative onboarding, although your training will mainly take place on-the-job, supported by your team and a more senior colleague. In any case, a buddy will make sure to answer any questions you might have during your first few months. We’ve got your back!
