We're looking for a Digital Project Manager who shares that belief. Someone who bridges strategy and delivery, builds lasting client partnerships, and keeps every project anchored to impact — not just deliverables.

What will you be doing?

You'll own a portfolio of web, marketing, and e-commerce projects end-to-end — from kick-off to go-live and beyond.

  • Drive delivery: Keep projects on track across scope, budget, resources, and timing. You take a hands-on, agile approach — Scrum is your default, not your fallback.
  • Bridge the gap: Translate business needs into user stories and guide technical consultants to make sure the solution truly fits the customer's world.
  • Be a trusted advisor: Think along with clients on CMS solutions, marketing platforms, and integrations. You tell them what they need to hear — not what they want to hear.
  • Stay ahead: Follow the latest trends in AI and emerging tools, and inspire customers to leverage them. A growth mindset is non-negotiable.
  • Grow the relationship: Use your commercial antenna to spot cross- and upselling opportunities and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Is there a match?

  • 5–10 years of project management experience in web, marketing, or e-commerce — agency or consultancy side.
  • Proven with Scrum in multidisciplinary, self-organising teams.
  • Tech-savvy without being a developer. Familiarity with .NET platforms (Sitecore, Optimizely) is a plus.
  • Comfortable across the full digital lifecycle: concept, wireframing, design, user stories, development, go-live, and post-go-live.
  • Strong communicator — assertive, clear, and equally fluent in Dutch or French, and English.

As an experienced IT Test Manager, you are the driving force behind the quality of our digital solutions. You take ownership of the entire testing process across multiple projects—from planning and strategy to reporting and final validation. 

You coordinate all testing activities (without necessarily executing them yourself) and collaborate closely with project managers, solution experts, developers and key users. With your structured and pragmatic approach, you ensure that releases go live in a stable, reliable and timely manner.

Junior Digital Workplace Consultant

As a Junior Digital Workplace Consultant, you'll be working as a functional consultant, straddling the business and IT sides of our projects. What does that mean exactly? A project typically goes a bit like this: first, you visit the customer and organize workshops to analyze their way of working. Based on that information, you create blueprints, drawing up processes and suggesting optimizations. Then the IT part comes into play. You’ll be inputting these processes to a software package and translating business requirements into technical specifications for our developers (who will do the coding). After testing whether everything works properly, you’ll train the customer in how to use the new system.
