As a Client Relationship Manager, you manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers and act as their proactive, trusted point of contact within delaware. You operate in a complex client environment where trust, structure and longterm relationships are key.

You focus on growing customer relationships while bringing clarity and alignment internally, ensuring clients feel supported, cared for and advised at all times.

What will you be doing?

  • You actively manage a portfolio of 50 to 80 clients, with the flexibility to adapt depending on business needs
  • You act as single point of contact for your clients and proactively step forward as the face of delaware
  • You streamline and facilitate all client‑related activities and coordinate with internal teams
  • You build strong client relationships based on trust and meaningful contact moments
  • You actively identify opportunities to grow your portfolio and turn client needs into concrete opportunities
  • You bring internal structure so teams can work efficiently for the client

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be at the heart of our sales team, working closely with account managers, internal teams, sales managers and other key stakeholders to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.

Is there a match?

  • You already have some experience in a similar commercial role
  • You get energy from visiting customers across the country
  • A background or strong interest in IT or technology is a strong plus
  • You like to take ownership and step forward when things become difficult
  • You are structured and comfortable working with CRM tools and administrative follow‑up
  • You are socially strong, outgoing and comfortable acting as a link between clients and internal teams
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, and professional proficient in French
