You had a first taste of Microsoft D365 F&O or another ERP (SAP, Oracle, Odoo,…) as key-user, business process owner, internal business analyst,… and are now ready to take a deep-dive in the consulting world and make a career switch to ERP consultant.

Or you already built up experience as consultant in smaller ERP or OpenSource systems and are eager for a switch to more challenging projects at larger customers and want to move to innovation-driven techology?

We can support you in becoming a Microsoft D365 F&O consultant!

What will you be doing?

To transition into the role of D365 F&O Consultant, we will of course support you with a dedicated training program which will focus both on gaining in-depth knowledge in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations and honing your consultancy skills.

Afterwards, you will be able to support and advise our customers in their move to D365 F&O:

Collaborate with our customers to understand their business processes, gather the necessary requirements and advise them on optimalizations;
Translate business requirements into technical specifications;
Configure and customize D365 F&O to align with our customer’s business needs, ensuring optimal functionality;
Provide training to key- and end-users, empowering them to effectively navigate and utilize the system.

Our Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations team is a tight group of more than 130 consultants (both functional and technical), bringing end-to-end services from the entire Microsoft eco-system to our customers. We make sure people, products and data are connected, to transform customer experiences and business processes and bring them to the next level.

Our customers are both local and international and are mainly active in the following industries: manufacturing, professional services and wholesale. The projects typically vary from 12 to 18 months, with options for additional roll-outs or projects.

Sounds good, right? We also closely follow Microsoft Dynamics 365 evolutions. That’s why we’re an industry-leading Microsoft Solutions Partner for Business Applications (and we wear that badge with pride!).

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working together with our customers on-site.

Let’s see. If you…

have a strong affinity with logistics or finance processes;
have at least 3 years of experience either as ERP consultant or as key-user, business process owner, internal business analyst,… for D365 F&O or another ERP;
combine good communication skills with an analytical mindset to get to the core of what customers want and need;
are well-organized and customer-oriented by nature;
are fluent in Dutch or French with a good level of proficiency in English.
