What will you be doing?

You’ll deliver end-to-end projects for a variety of customers in different industries. 
From intake to delivery, you liaise with customers and colleagues to generate the highest possible added value. 

You help organizations define the requirements and co-define future solutions. You don’t just think about today, you also imagine a better tomorrow. 

You’ll experiment with solutions, research and implement new technologies (like chatbots and AI) and share your knowledge with the team. There’s a lot to be done! You’ll innovate and even get the possibility to create IP in addition to your work as a consultant. 

delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, so you can work from anywhere you’d like. Our customers really appreciate it when we visit them, so you’ll need to be flexible and do on-site project work with them. This includes the analytical work, the workshops, the alignment meetings… everything a consultant likes doing!
 

Is there a match?

Let’s see. If you…

  • are an experienced consultant who knows all (or at least, really a lot) about the Power Platform (and its governance);
  • previously worked with Power Apps , Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents;
  • are very familiar with the Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, …); 
  • know how to analyze and model business processes (e.g. in BPMN) in an agile way;
  • can create mockups to help create applications;
  • like to organize workshops to define a customer’s needs and streamline meetings;
  • are a strong communicator who fluently speaks English and Dutch or French;
  • are eager to share your knowledge with less experienced colleagues to help them grow;
