How AI is reshaping public procurement, from tender preparation to bid evaluation

Public procurement teams deal with a familiar challenge: too much information, too many documents, and too little time. Preparing a tender, defining requirements, and evaluating bids often means navigating large amounts of data spread across multiple stakeholders and systems.

Raf Swinnen, business development lead at Maecos, and Rens Bonnez, Lead Architect & Tech Strategist at delaware, explain why people, not platforms, are what actually cuts food waste, or lets it slide.
