What will you be doing?

As an L&D technology consultant, you’ll spend a lot of your time at our clients understanding their needs, challenging them and configuring their solutions. To handle that well, you stay up to date on L&D technologies.

You will also organise workshops and system demos to collect requirements and present the solution to the client and to the end-users. Aside from that, you’ll also train the users at the client side to work effectively with the new solution.

At the end of the day, you’re also still a consultant which means that you’ll also be involved in presales activities. No sweat, if you’re not familiar with that, your future colleagues will be glad to show you the ropes.

Is there a match?

Let’s see. If you…

  • have 3 to 5 years of experience with working as IT L&D consultant or key user.
  • have a clear affinity for IT L&D. Experience with SF, Cornertsone, SAP, Workday or any other talent solution is valuable as is a willingness to dive into SAP solutions.
  • have experience with Microsoft tools (notably SharePoint and MS Teams). That would be good as well.
  • are willing to travel to our customers. It’s all part of the consultant life 😉.
  • are communicative, assertive and eager to learn. In short, everything a consultant needs.
  • have perfect fluency in Dutch, French and English. Depending on what the lingua franca is at the customer site, confidence in all three languages will serve you well.

…then you may be the L&D Technology Consultant we’re looking for!
