As a Senior Functional CRM Consultant, your focus will be on commerce solutions within the SAP CX suite. Customer-orientation is key to everything we do, whether it’s sales, services, commerce, or marketing.
Together with the client, you’ll take a deep dive into their business to analyze their customer engagement needs. Workshops are just one of the many resources you have in your toolbox for this.
Then it will be up to you to translate the results for the technical consultant, take up the customizing in the system and to coordinate the rollout of the solution, from testing with the client to support during the launch.
During the entire process, your relationship with the client is key. You are the focal point for all the stakeholders, from business to IT.

The SAP commerce team at delaware is a dedicated team that builds and configures solutions within the SAP CX suite on-site at our clients. Our goal is to support clients in creating what we call an “effortless experience” for their customers.
Optimizing the touch points on the customer journey, creating an omnichannel experience, and building valuable relationships with the customer are the factors that drive us. Through an in-depth understanding of solutions to customer experience (CX) and operational experience (OX) problems, and of the strengths that an organization can bring, we build solid strategies in the field of customer engagement.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working with our customers on-site, where we follow the rhythm of the client. We work where we work best, when we work best.
