Microsoft have been working with a leading UK mental healthcare provider on a bold transformation initiative. What began as a conversation about migrating to Microsoft 365 evolved into a much broader strategic vision.

A roadmap has been developed to modernise their digital estate from infrastructure and productivity tools to a complete reimagining of Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems using Dynamics 365. This included:
