Pete is responsible for delivery and oversight of delaware’s most strategic customers in North America. The responsibilities include supporting engagements end-to-end through all delivery phases, developing a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s environment, and providing thought leadership to help drive program success. His responsibilities also include leading Delaware North America’s consulting capability and resourcing and recruiting activities along with providing support for go-to-market, pre-sales and commercial initiatives in the region.
Pete has more than twenty-four years of systems integration experience in leading strategic customers through major periods of change exclusively with SAP solutions. Prior to joining Delaware, Pete worked in solutions leadership and delivery excellence roles with SAP America, Accenture, HCL AXON, HP and SCM Solutions with primary focus on customer satisfaction. His SAP business transformation leadership experience spans multiple business processes within a broad spectrum of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, hi-tech, oil & gas, life sciences and aerospace & defense.
Pete resides in Houston with his wife Mary Ellen and their brood of children. He enjoys volunteering his time on several non-profit boards, coaching youth sports, and spending quality time with his family.
