Graham brings over 20 years of leadership experience spanning global consulting, enterprise technology, and senior IT and digital roles, with a proven track record of aligning technology strategy with business goals in complex and regulated environments.
Prior to joining delaware, Graham served as Vice President of Information Technology at Alkermes, where he led technology initiatives within a highly regulated, global life sciences organization. Before Alkermes, he was Executive Director of Information Technology at Charles River Laboratories, where he focused on technology strategy and business transformation. Earlier in his career, Graham spent eight years at HCLTech as an Account Executive and began his consulting career at IBM Global Business Services.
Throughout his career, Graham has helped organizations navigate enterprise transformation, digital and data strategy, technology operating models, and the development of high-performing, business-aligned IT organizations. His experience across consulting and executive technology leadership brings a valuable perspective to delaware as we continue helping clients address complex business challenges and accelerate transformation.
