Richard brings extensive experience in enterprise technology sales and strategic account management, with a strong background helping organizations accelerate digital transformation through SAP solutions. Throughout his career, he has built trusted relationships with clients across a variety of industries, guiding them through complex business challenges while delivering long-term business value. 

Prior to joining delaware, Richard served as a Senior Account Executive at SAP. His deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem and customer-first approach make him a valuable addition to the delaware leadership team.
