Experience & Qualifications

10+ years of consulting experience with SAP FICO
5+ years of experience as SAP FICO Team Lead
Experience working with S/4 implementations for medium and large-size organizations
Experience with SAP Best Practice Process approach on S/4 HANA, cloud and/or on-premise
5+ full life cycle SAP implementation experience is preferred

Competencies

Continues to be hands-on in configuration along with leadership skills in facilitating design workshops, requirements gathering, client meetings and managing a workstream
Must be able to think analytically, work under pressure and display creativity and flexibility when designing client solutions
Demonstrate an understanding of business requirements and the ability to relate the business strategy into solution requirements
Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders
Excellent communication and client management skills
Enjoys working in teams and collaborative environment

Additional Details

Ability to produce results independently whether working on-site or remotely
Preferably experience in Aerospace & Defense & Manufacturing industries
US citizens and Green Card Holder required
Ability to travel 20-50% to client sites in US
Flexibility to be based anywhere in Continental US
