Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of consulting experience with SAP FICO
  • 5+ years of experience as SAP FICO Team Lead
  • Experience working with S/4 implementations for medium and large-size organizations
  • Experience with SAP Best Practice Process approach on S/4 HANA, cloud and/or on-premise
  • 5+ full life cycle SAP implementation experience is preferred

  • Group Ledger, accounting and financial close
  • Asset Management
  • Monitoring of Goods and Invoice Receipts, Inventory Valuation for Year-End, Period Closing
  • Intercompany Reconciliation Processes
  • Financial Operations
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Fixed Assets
  • Cash Application/Lockbox
  • Cost Management and Profitability Analysis
  • Treasury Management
  • Banking
  • Tax
  • Integrations to external systems (i.e. travel, tax, workflow, consolidation tools)

Controlling

  • Project systems
  • Results analysis
  • Product costing (MTS, MTO, GPD)
  • Profit center accounting
  • Cost center accounting
  • COPA
  • Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR)

Competencies

  • Continues to be hands-on in configuration along with leadership skills in facilitating design workshops, requirements gathering, client meetings and managing a workstream
  • Must be able to think analytically, work under pressure and display creativity and flexibility when designing client solutions
  • Demonstrate an understanding of business requirements and the ability to relate the business strategy into solution requirements
  • Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Enjoys working in teams and collaborative environment

Additional Details

  • Ability to produce results independently whether working on-site or remotely
  • Preferably experience in Aerospace & Defense & Manufacturing industries
  • US citizens and Green Card Holder required
  • Ability to travel 20-50% to client sites in US
  • Flexibility to be based anywhere in Continental US
