Experience and skills

The SAP Syniti Migration Cockpit Data Lead is responsible for driving the end‑to‑end data migration lifecycle for SAP implementations using SAP Migration Cockpit (SMC) and Syniti (BDM/ADI/SKB) platforms. This role oversees data governance, migration strategy, data quality, transformation logic, and cutover readiness, ensuring accurate, secure, and timely migration of legacy data into SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in both SAP S/4HANA data models and Syniti toolsets, strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, and proven leadership in complex multi‑system migration programs.

  • Recent Significant hands-on experience in SAP data migration, including at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
  • Hands‑on expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit (direct transfer, staging tables, migration objects).
  • Strong experience with Syniti (BDM, SKP, ADM, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of SAP master data and transactional data across modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, HR, etc.).
