delaware North America is in growth mode and we're looking for an SAP SSAM Lead who would like to be part of our growth. Experience and skills

The SAP Utilities FSM Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions for utility organizations. This role ensures successful integration of field operations, dispatching, resource planning, and mobile workforce functionality with SAP back-end systems (ECC/S/4HANA). The FSM Lead works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and field personnel to deliver a seamless, efficient, and digital field service experience.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of SAP Utilities or Field Service experience.
  • FSM, Mirata Forms and SSAM experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience implementing SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
  • Deep understanding of SAP PM/CS, service orders, work management, and utility field operations.
  • Experience with mobile workforce processes, dispatching, and technician workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead workshops with technical and non‑technical audiences.
