Overview

The SAP Utilities SSAM & Mirata Forms Lead is responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering advanced mobility solutions for utility field operations using SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) and Mirata Digital Forms. This role bridges functional expertise, technical solutioning, and business process optimization, ensuring that field technicians, planners, and dispatch teams have efficient, mobile-first tools aligned with industry best practices.

Qualifications

Required

  • Significant recent SAP Utilities experience, with strong knowledge of Work Management, Plant Maintenance, or Field Service.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing or leading projects involving SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM).
  • Hands-on experience building and configuring Mirata digital forms.
  • Strong understanding of SAP backend processes (SAP PM/CS, SM, device management, or S/4 Utilities).
  • Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
