Experience and skills

We are looking for an experienced PLM Application Engineer to join our team and deliver feature development, implementation, and integrations of Teamcenter PLM with related business applications. The candidate enjoys solving problems and has a strong technical background in PDM/PLM/CAD application management and software development. At the core of this role, the candidate is expected to innovate through simple solutions to improve the PLM business process and deliver great customer value. This means diving deep into the details of PLM system needs while also providing strategic inputs on overall architecture to design, implement, develop and promote internal business processes.

 

Basic qualifications

Significant recent and relevant work experience with PLM/PDM software. (Teamcenter, NX, ERP)

Backend (MCAD library/design database, server infrastructure)

Enterprise Tool administration experience, debugging and solving client and server-side application issues, software installation, configuration, etc.

Experience developing and documenting engineering processes related to PDM/PLM tools and engineering activities.

Experience in implementing system and data integration technologies (middleware), including T4ST for SAP integrations

Experience in server-side development using ITK, and configuration using Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE)

Exceptionally strong working knowledge of Teamcenter applications: My Teamcenter, Workflow Designer, Structure Manager, Change Management, Query Builder, Access Manager, Organization, and Reporting

Experience developing application on AWS Cloud using AWS API, and technologies

 

Preferred qualifications

- Multiple years automating PDM/PLM/CAD workflows/processes.

- Multiple years with flexlm license servers

- Multiple years with LDAP and SAML for user management and authentication.

- Experience architecting AWS infrastructure and managing server and workstation implementation.

- Working knowledge of developing software using multi-tier architecture and using API and web services
